2017 CAST a Success
Artists hardly have time to enjoy the success of this year's event before it will be time to start planning for next year's tour.
This year, the preview reception at the newly remodled event center, Casa Vieja, broke recent attendance records, the weather cooperated and artists welcomed steady sales.
There were 37 venues on the tour that included homes, home studios, wineries, restaurants, and local businesses, including the two Village elementary schools: Corrales Elementary School and Cottonwood Montessori. This year’s event also received strong sponsorship support from 37 local businesses and organizations.
Students work on personalized kites that were displayed at the Preview Gallery. Please visit Videos tab for a full film on children building their kites in Terry Kominiak's 5th grade class.
